AgentHandover: Watches you work then teaches your AI agents to do it like you

I built this mac app/CLI that just watches quietly. It figures out what you did and how, sometimes asks questions if it needs to and creates a Skill, so then any agent (Claude, OpenClaw, Codex, etc.) you connect knows how to do your work.

The coolest part is when the agent runs it and does something slightly different, the skill rewrites itself.
