Gbcompo23: A coding competition for the Game Boy

We are hosting another edition of the infamous gbcompo. There are already over 4000 usd in prizes and a lot of documentation resources were updated and improved to onboard new developers with game boy dev tools, such as rgbds (assembly), gbdk (c) and gbstudio (no coding).
