New third-party supplier for Google Apps
Hello Administrators,
A new third-party supplier, EPAM Systems, Inc., based in the United States, will soon provide customer and technical support for Google Apps. Their services may include phone and email support for customer queries, diagnosis and resolution services, and incident tracking.
Customer support for Google Apps core services is described in your Google Apps account agreement. No action is required on your part. You can view the list of third-party suppliers at any time from your Admin console.
