We're hiring foodie+techie folks that love a Hell's Kitchen style challenge. We're a small but well seasoned team looking for the creme de la creme to join us in solving the problems that busy people face when trying to eat healthy and fresh meals daily.
Our "full stack food" company makes easy one pan dinner kits, so anyone can make a Michelin-worthy dinner in under 10 minutes. You'll get to taste everything – whether it's Shepherd's Pie, Miso Salmon, or Butternut Squash Ravioli – and you'll be on our panel of Master Chef judges.
There aren't too many cooks in the kitchen at Gobble. You'll be a leader at the company making key decisions every day that directly impact thousands of families across the country.

Director of Operations
* Extensive experience creating and optimizing assembly line
and/or picking and packing processes. Create, optimize, and
scale new and existing processes for efficient growth of company.
* Obsession with data and KPIs.
Continuously and meticulously analyze accuracy and efficiency at
every point in supply chain.
* Experience launching new locations and teams.
Manage Gobble's playbook for hiring and launching new fulfillment centers.
Willingness to travel and set up new warehouse/facilities.
* Recruiting and management experience of large warehouse-style workforce
* Resolute willingness to be "in the trenches" with our kitchen
and warehouse teams
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL
* SOLID experience with Ruby/Rails/Backbone.js
(5+ years)
* Experience with TDD (RSpec/Jasmine)
* Experienced with Chef or Salt, and the server side of things?
That's a plus!
* Strong visual, interaction, and UX design experience
(web and mobile applications) (3+ years)
* Data driven design
(create and runs A/B tests to increase conversion and engagement)
* Strong experience with HTML/CSS(/Sass)
(skip the PSD and get right in between the braces)
* Been through the Javascript grind? That's a plus!
* Experience developing consumer applications for iOS/iPad
(3+ years)
* Strong understanding of latest developments in the iOS world
(iOS8 + Swift)
* Got some Android chops too? That's a plus!
* Experience in social media, blogging, and copywriting
Preferably in the area of food
* Experience in sales/partnerships
* Experience organizing and hosting events
* Deep understanding of consumer email marketing
* Data focused marketing. Constantly create and run A/B tests to increase conversion and develop insights.
* Experience at high growth startup (run-rate >$20M)
* Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus)
* Proficiency in SQL (plus)
* Experience with PR (plus)
* Experience in customer centric role (2+ years)
* Detail oriented and highly organized
* Gmail guru and proficient typist (65+ WPM)
* Excellent phone and email etiquette
* Finds happiness and satisfaction in solving people's problems
* Desire to learn about the world of food
