Ask HN: What engine/service do you use for intranet/internal Wiki?
I'm looking at different alternatives (e.g. MediaWiki, Google Sites, Confluence) for creating an internal knowledge base/Wiki for a team of 20-50, and curious what others are using. Let me know what worked for you (and what hasn't).
