YC Application Form
Practical question: Are we supposed to submit only one form per group or multiple? Because the introductory explanation talks about a group submission, but on the form itself there are fields that are explicitly personal: e.g. "Please tell us about the time you, rk17, most successfully hacked..."
Addendum: If there are any noob mistakes you want to point out, I'd very much appreciate it because it's the first time we're applying.
