Ask HN: What software/services do you recommend for sales in a SaaS startup?
What's your sales setup like? Looking for suggestions on which software/services to use (e.g. CRM, accounting, etc). Our current setup uses SugarCRM (for contact management + emailing + quote/invoice tracking) and Skype (calling out). But we waste a lot of time being inefficient (manually logging calls into SugarCRM, manually creating "followup" events for each quote, no way to manage trial conversions, etc) and I was wondering if anyone has any better suggestions?
