Should HN readers be Blackberry users?
I know that Blackberry is getting a lot of grief in the press as first hipsters and now their parents are embracing iPhones and Android phones, but I am surprized that HN users are not more fond of the Blackberry operating system. After all, with the concern over privacy and all the Snowden/NSA articles on the board, isn't a phone with a reputation for security a plus? Also, of all the smartphone OS' QNX is pretty impressive in it's potential as a secure micro-kernal OS of the future. Finally, do we really want to support a smartphone duopoly. Full disclosure, I own a small amount of shares in BB, but that's really just to put my money where heart is.
