Collaborative Consumption

I am looking to start a collaborative consumption mobile application and need some ideas. I considered a mobile app for on-demand haircuts, but it seems like a logistical headache and not legal due to CA Board of Cosmetology's rules.

Does anyone have any good ideas that you would be willing to share?
