ChatGPT Web as an Agent Runtime

I wanted to see if you could use the ChatGPT website could as a local coding agent / harness to run actual commands on your desktop.

Turns out you sorta can, using a desktop app + chrome extension and a lot of fighting with the website. I talk about the technical details of how this works in my note and also why, as you can probably guess, this isn't available for general release.
