You editorialized the title when you translated it. Here's what it actually says:

> PF encontra sala secreta e suspeita que ela era usada pelo advogado Willer Tomaz para guardar dinheiro vivo no aeroporto de Brasília

> Federal police finds secret room and suspects it was used by the lawyer Willer Tomaz to store physical cash in a Brasília airport

Keyword: "suspects". You can suspect anything you want, but your title outright states it as fact.

Brazils democracy is in dangerous.

No Thanks. I'm with Aristotle on this one--"democracy" is the deviant, self-interested rule of the poor majority.

Back in 2022 the worker's party used to criticize Bolsonaro's "digital militias". They would call it unconstitutional, illegal, an electoral crime. They engaged everybody they had in the superior and supreme courts in order to censor it all.

How deeply ironic it is to discover that now Lula has his own digital "army", and they're coming to HN of all places to recruit.

Even better: the endless cries of censorship after the channel got taken down for spreading fake news using the exact same precedents the left wing set in 2022 with their persecution of the brazilian right wing. I oppose censorship on principle but I can't deny it was extremely entertaining.

We're in an age of populism. A lot of people don't seem to realize this is broadly terrible, and are only worried about [other side]-leaning populists. Some are even saying things like "well maybe we need some populists on our side!"

It's the road to ruin.

Brazil is in the age of the supreme court. Politcians are irrelevant, it's the supreme court that runs the country. They have received a grand total of zero votes and yet they have usurped the powers of the legislative and executive branches of government, and even that of police.

The brazilian people pulled off a miracle earlier this month: we elected a right wing majority senate with the express purpose of impeaching all of those judge-kings and putting them in jail. All that remains now is to elect as president the son of the guy they relentlessly persecuted. I am confident that it will happen tomorrow. Next year looks promising.

Lula and PT launder PCC and Comando Vermelho money, who's the real gangster? Brazil needs safety for it's citizens, not more leftist BS.

I have no idea why these leftists think we care about this stuff. Lula and his party spent the last 20 years anesthetizing the population with handouts while they lined their pockets. Lula alone has a huge laundry list of scandals he's been involved in, and was literally brought out of jail to take out Bolsonaro.

They normalized this. Now everybody knows every single politician is corrupt in some way. There is no reason to hold it against any of them. Nobody cares anymore.
