There’s not much special about California that other states can’t match. It wouldn’t be surprising to see more high-profile exits.
That would be quite preferable. The housing situation won't improve by moving more rich people to the inner city.
It really doesn't make sense to tax someone on assets like this. A 'one time tax' for billionaires is outright theft.
