Expect a large scale US/Israel attack, maybe this weekend.
Israel elections in 5-6 days, US midterms in ~2 weeks.
The US could start another round of attacks, but this is an incredibly unpopular war. Escalating again before midterms will only hurt the party in power right now. Not that sense is something this administration has much of.

I think they mean the law that passed. In December, automatic registration starts for the Selective Service.
