I mean, be against shitty bots that don't actually work, but personally when the alternative is paying higher prices AND waiting on hold for an hour before I can talk up a person, yeah I'd rather deal with an AI that can actually help rather wait for a human "just because".
You’re going to pay higher prices no matter what, any cost savings will not be passed to consumers.
I will take regulation requiring humans. California’s regulation requires a human within 15 minutes. Copy paste to other states.
