That’s a separate incident (but probably not a coincidence)
Between this and the French grocery store freezer hack (c.f. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=50055304), it sure seems like a coordinated attack on the European grocery supply chain.
I don't have any evidence, but it sure seems like something Russia would do...
