Tell HN: Looking for help getting an important paper implemented

I am having difficulty getting my whitepaper, "A Self-Hosting Point-and-Click Editor for Any Functionally-Specified GUI-DB Application" (http://michaelawhite.net/files/whitepaper.pdf), implemented due to being on anti-psychotics. I think this is a major revolution in computing and could be a top 40 paper in computer science. However, I admit that it may be uneconomical.

I am curious how many people you think can understand this paper and how many people have come up with the idea before.

I am looking for confirmation that HN is a real site and I am not living in my own little world where no one will know I completed the project.
