It never occurred to me that you are a sitting duck while you are charging.
You are a sitting duck just being inside America.
Heres a crazy idea, maybe America could TRY banning bullets. Bullets only last a few years, so eventually in ten or so years enough guns will be useless.
I'm not sure where you got that idea. I have surplus 7.62x54r ammunition from the USSR and it still works fine. The only issue with it is that it uses mercury-based primers, which are toxic and corrosive. So I only shoot it outdoors and I clean the bore when I get back home.
Never claimed it was perfect, but it would help.
