Returning from vacation? The government can search your phone without a warrant

I'm genuinely surprised that Mr. Kennedy took his real phone with him in the first place. I wouldn't dare do such a thing, and I'm not even a person who would naturally be of special interest to the current administration. Mr. Kennedy is.

I mean, yes, it shouldn't be necessary to take such defensive measures. It's a travesty that it is. But the need to do it is real and apparent.
