Claude Is "At Capacity"
When loading an existing chat, Claude errors to “Claude is at capacity”.
Anyone else seeing this? Status page indicates no issues.

Interesting to see Claude for Government has 100% uptime where the others all suffer from occasional downtime. Either the government version is never used, it gets some extra special treatment or they're just lying.
