8 in 10 people aged 16-34 say smartphone use harms their everyday life

I told a young coworker that the first popular web browser didn’t exist until I was 23 and that my life to that point was lovely. I didn’t get my first cell phone until years after that. The look of disbelief on their face just thinking about life without the web was sad.
