Beagle – a framework to evaluate and evolve agent harnesses at scale

As it's initial relase, Beagle ships the official implementation of DarwinX as the core evolution algorithm: with an evolvable agent harness and verifier-backed tasks, DarwinX searches for harness changes that improve capability while guarding against regressions.
