it seems so, it's lacking coherent verbiage when explaining what he did, and the tokens get consumed fast
Opus 5 has been getting confused with simple prompts today, even for simple UI tweaks that it's usually great at.
in my case, it keeps stopping and doesn't follow the entire implementation plan
