Deflection doesn't work in a court.
Images of dead bodies and instructions for making chemicals are not illegal in themselves. Child porn is illegal in pretty much the whole world (arguably not enforced in the USA though where the president is a known pedophile).
It's enforced heavily in the US as long the perpetrator isn't overly wealthy and/or powerful.
