There was a great episode of the show/podcast 'If you're listening' from just last week all about the secret service and how the amount of plots and attacks on the US president is increasing as the amount of resources available is diminishing. This is another one to the list.

I could find no more info on the suspect, 35-year-old Philan-Tam-Duy Le of Julian, California, but I don't use "social media" sites.
I can't tell, is there a blade attached? Seems like this was a prop rather than a working guillotine.
