Also, Fujitsu is ICL (or at least ICL is Fujitsu), which provided pretty much all government computing services for decades, including to the military and spy agencies. So they're very deeply embedded in the UK government.
Besides that, ICL is sound, old chap. Jenkins from ICL and I were at Eaton together, you can rely on him to do the right thing.
its a terrible scandal, lives were lost. The lack of accountability is astounding.
Nobody trusted TCS, but that didn't stop them from getting large gobs of UK IT contracts.
