Faster than free AI model versions
I have not used AI to write code for my launched game or any other proprietary tech. I do try to use AI for debugging layout issues. The unpaid Model I used was slower than me. It took 10 iterations bloating the code to fix simple font size issues in a SwiftUI segmented control label this included some bizarre irrelevant forays into explanation of simple math for Affine Transforms. Frustrated, I asked it “who are you talking to?” It chose to acknowledge my prompts then , stopped the irrelevant elementary Math vomit and replied “ I am talking to you Gigi!” I asked it to check Stack Overflow - it would look something up but revert to adding more lines of code.
Side note: I have a MS in Math and another in CompSci and it had that in its context - so the whole point of deep diving into Affine Transforms was meaningless unless it was performing surgery on itself.
Fed up I looked up Stack Overflow myself and fixed the issue in less than 1 minute.
Apparently the difference between paid and unpaid models has gotten huge.
