I get this doesn't work for all professionals, it is abused by some, but lets not pretend being in the office is some productivity magic, while at the same time everything gets offshored.
Let's go to the open space office, so I can not only do my Teams meetings there, but also disturb (and get disturbed by) my other colleagues, who are also doing their Teams meetings there.

Any job that can be done without needing to actually touch or be near the product should be done by AI and not with humans.
Suicide hotlines don't require the operator to touch or be near the caller, but I still don't think it should be done by AI.
AI should handle the calls, humans should do in-person. Trying to cure someone over the phone is foolish.
