I'm reading /Amusing Ourselves To Death/ by Neil Postman, trying to figure out how the lessons of TV might inform the lessons of social media and specifically extreme brevity of discourse is having on society. Acker's take here is great for an adjacent but perpendicular view. Especially for the craftwork around any medium.
