Framework responds to complaints that BIOS update bricks Ryzen 7040 laptops

It’s good they’re doing something, its a bummer it took bad press to get them to do it… youd think theyd have a JTAG internally in their workshop

The customer-service response here is good, but I think the more interesting issue is recoverability.
