      follow up: they said they had no data profile on me. Not sure if this is more relieving or concerning considering I don't trust them. I do live in CA.

        Do you give them your phone number or participate in any of the games that require you giving them identifying info?

          Nope. I very rarely buy mcdonalds food however. I've bought a meal from the maybe once in the last five years, although I will buy a coffee their maybe once a month. Its not worth the hassle of every applying to or downloading anything of theirs even if I pay a little more on each purchase.
