It's very easy to fall into a mental state of Schadenfreude but the key point isn't making Zuckerberg pay, it's ending the harms.

Not that I will object to payment. But payment to continue acting in net harmful ways? That'd be bad.

I'm sure this can be managed. They will settle for an insignificant amount, which indemnifies Meta against any future claims. The cheapest insurance ever.

if meta gets a fine, market would reward them with double valuation, fiat printer supporters loves meta, fines get paid, business continues.

they spent so many billions on metaverse for few min LLM worth of animation and market rewarded at least 100x more already.
