Slopocop: ESLint for TypeScript Slop

Hi HN!

I've read so much sloppy typescript lately, that I decided to do something about it.

Slopocop is a standalone linter for typescript that nudges agents to write better code. So far, I've used it with pretty good results on my own codebases, I tell my agents to "run slopocop against the updated files before committing" and I am finally free of "load bearing", incredibly verbose comments, and other obvious slop.
