Paper Rankings across live ArXiv categories

Good idea! Needs a bit of polish - eg math papers score lower because not all dimensions are applicable. Then, how to handle the model update? Keep it up!

Scores papers on 16 dimensions (impact, novelty, rigor, surprise, translational...) from 1 to 10, so you can spot what's worth reading at a glance. Sort, filter etc.
