Still shows for me in the US. I downloaded it previously but don't have it installed.
It was only removed for a few hours . It is back up again

Telegram was removed from apps store. Reason currently unknown
still appears if you are in their testflight beta… weird
EDIT: apparently restored to appstore according to various sources.
Honestly, so much illegal stuff happen on Telegram, I'm surprised they didn't remove it earlier.
Then they would also need to remove X/Twitter for same reason.
