Ask HN: How do you sell software to customers in China?
I have been developing and selling B2B VoIP software (SIP server, softphone, library/SDK) for about 20 years and already have customers from all around the world, but not a single one from China.
What is the trick? Am I missing something? Are there regulatory or other barriers for foreign software vendors or do businesses in China simply not buy foreign software?
