This is basically just a marketing brochure for a voting machine. It is clearly aimed at a nontechnical customer (I.e open source mentioned but not linked, a NIST encryption standard referenced but not explained). I will just point out that experts generally agree that paper ballots are the most secure and reliable way to hold elections.

This DESTROYS the governments and Elon Musk's claims to care about election fraud.
