They like to say that but it’s not true. The constitution still applies.

Here’s the thing. We live in a democracy. We get to decide how far our government goes. This one is a bridge too far. So stand up and say so.

I think this is fine if you are not a citizen. But if you are, no way. We do not owe any non-citizen privacy if they want to visit America.

A person's smartphone is not the same as luggage, because one is an electronic device and the other is not, which should be common sense. Treating both as the same doesn't make any sense.

It is way past time for the Supreme Court to make a decision about what is or is not reasonable when it comes to searching through people's personal and private information on their smartphones without needing probable cause or a warrant. Just too weird, arguably disgusting, that this question is continually left in limbo.
