ethanplant.caim not saying it wasn't a stupid thing to do but its a "stop the data centre" movement not "stop all ai" and it really sucks the author of this decided to sensationalise this; particularly when it flip-flops back and forth going "perhaps they dont hate ai" and then back to "omg they hate ai".
just kind of a rough blogpost overall imo.
it screams "im so absolutely correct but im also afraid of maybe being wrong so im gonna sprinkle the occasional thinking emoji in there to cover my ass in an internet arguement"
