Reconstructing Andy Warhol's Debbie Harry Portrait (1985)

I worked on this a few years ago but progress stalled.

Maybe with the tools that exist now (AI) this could be completed quickly. Would be an interesting challenge.

I don't understand which is the bad photo and which is the reconstructed image.
