i have from a really bad dry eyes problem.

docs told me follow the 20-20-20 rule.

guess what?

i went to a meditation retreat for 10 days where i had no screen at all, and i still couldn't survive without my eye drops.

fml.

We need to be more intensional about my vision, because regularly dev habits are not good for our vision in the long term, how do you handle it?

blue light glasses did nothing for me, distance from the screen did everything.
