Google ordered to open Android and Search to rivals in Europe

European Commission press release:

"Commission provides guidance to Google for AI interoperability on Android and sharing of Google Search data under the Digital Markets Act"

I'm wondering if this will force Google to make their Tensor TPU usable without Google Play Services.
