Wondering if with such shady tactics, they respect the fact that I didn't consent and closed the (private) tab I opened the page in.

With complete sincerity, I wish you the best of luck if you wind up needing to defend your definition of Fair Use.
They should include some technical info fields, such as 'source'. Are the screenshots taken from the Bluray? DVD? 35mm film? Which 'version' of the movie? Which release year of that medium specifically? What media player is used for the screenshots?
If this is important to you, Shotdeck is a (paid) alternative with tons of detail about every shot.
I've worked with Shotdeck. They're a great service and great people to work with, too.
