Soofi – Sovereign Open Source Foundation Models

The aim is to develop an open, sovereign European ensemble of large language and reasoning models (LLMs/LRMs) and agent-based systems that are powerful, transparent, and deployable on European cloud and edge infrastructures.

It actually looks like an open source German model that might be useful! However, I'm not sure which version I should try - they provide two reasoning versions.
