united24media.comDoesn't quite smell right. A leak like that would be a big scoop. Where's the other media spouting off? Why hasn't starlink been disabled already, given how much Russia has lost, how badly they need to get their war over with?
It's just a plan, it doesn't mean that Russia or China is able or willing to execute it.
