Trump pardons 11, most for violating Clean Air Act

TL;DR: Nine people were pardoned for selling non-compliant aftermarket vehicle parts that may have lead to higher emissions from the vehicles that used them. Also, as a small footnote because there's no way it's nearly as important, two people that stole a whole lot of money were pardoned.
