OpenAI, Anthropic new AI spending reality as users shift to efficiency

Meh costs are just one problem.

The bigger problem is re-imagining how to best make use of llm’s in a firms operations. This means new revenue models and more broadly new business models - very uncomfortable questions for established firms.

It’s not really as simple as plug and play. Many companies will go extinct who don’t figure this out.
