I got an email that the DeepSeek API will become twice as expensive during "peak hours", but not when it will actually happen (other than "mid-July")

Peak hours are:
Peak hours (in UTC): 1:00–4:00 AM and 6:00–10:00 AM.
Got a official mail that deepseek v4 is releasing mid july.
