This is behind a paywall for me.

For those that don't know, they make the ceramic surface that the wafer sits on when being etched. It has to simultaneously handle extremely high heat and extremely low heat as liquid helium is pumped through them. They have to be near atom perfect surfaces to ensure there is no warping on the silicon.

For all the attention the lithography gets, these folks technology is the foundation on which these chips sit.
