No, WFH is an even more ridiculous reach.

WFH saw productivity rise, employee satisfaction rise, and retention numbers rise. It is an unqualified success at improving the bottom line.

But there were too many CEOs deeply invested in business real estate, and too many middle managers too scared of not looking useful. So employees were forced back into the office to be miserable and disaffected.

AI may not be the best answer, but it’s loads better than WFH.
