Reddit blocks JSON API access, which leaves read-only apps like RDX unusable
lemmy.worldCan confirm....I wanted to convert a long post and its comments into latex....that way I could export it as an image or share it easier and I am yet to find a workaround as every source gets blocked or does not work for the LLM.
So now I get to spend hours converting it all by hand.
Are you unable to export the post source from a browser and provide that to the LLM?

How is this not getting any traction? This is a massive problem. Pretty much every Reddit news app out there is now dead.
Because 99% of the user base uses the default app and it doesn't affect them.
